Do you have parking?
There is free off-street parking on our property for 3 vehicles and safe parking out front. Please note that this area is under video surveillance.
What is the earliest I can check in?
Check-in is usually about 3pm and checkout is by 10am but please talk to us if you need other arrangements.
We have a large group. Can we have the lodge to ourselves?
Absolutely. We normally charge $250 for the first 4 people and it increases pp after that. See the bottom of our rooms page. Happy to give discounts for stays longer than one night.
Pets
If you are hiring the whole lodge we can almost definitely arrange this. Give me a ring and let's talk about the possibilities.
How far to the Mountain?
The mountain can be accessed by car in 20 minutes either by Dawson Falls or the Maunganui Ski Field.
How do we book a meal?
Contact me the day before and we can discuss your options. Gluten- free , dairy-free and vegetarian are easy.A two course dinner goes from $20
Is it suitable for children?
The back yard is fully fenced and 4 rooms open into this area. If the backdoor is left open children could get out onto the street.
Do I have to pay for children?
If a child sleeps in a bed of their own we charge for them. Our portacots and bedding are charged at $10 a night. If a child under 2 is sleeping with mum and dad we will not charge.
Do you have facilities for children?
We have a portacot but not a larger cot. We have a small highchair. Please note only power points in the rooms hired would have power point covers.
