A delightful home, it boasts four bedrooms (master with walk-in-robe) and 1 full bathroom, a toilet with basin and an ensuite off the main bedroom. Thoughtfully configured living and dining space complement the fabulous kitchen. There are two queen bedrooms, a king which can be split into 2 skinny King singles, and a single bedroom. The lounge sofa converts into a sofa bed.
This house is set in a quiet residential setting on the golf course with beautiful views over the greens. At Christmas time the street becomes a magical Christmas wonderland as neighbours further along the street display their Christmas decorations en mass. Our house is not included in the display and all bedrooms and living areas face away from the street.
Simple breakfast offerings include cereal, yoghurt, fruit, toast and spreads. A 1 litre bottle of milk is provided along with basics like sugar, salt, pepper and oil.
There is a dryer and washing machine in the garage and a washing line outside the kitchen.
On the deck will be an additional dining table with bench seats and a 5 seater lounge setting.
Two minutes drive to the supermarket.
20 minutes drive to the plateau carpark.
25 minutes drive to Dawson Falls.
